Guided by decades of experience developing and manufacturing high-quality electronic devices for military and law-enforcement professionals, we bring this legacy of knowledge, experience, and passion to bear on our newest product, The SpotOn Virtual Smart Fence. 




Scott Sterling is the President of OnPoint Systems LLC, where he is responsible for the overall design, development and introduction of the SpotOn Virtual Smart Fence. Prior to working in the consumer electronics and pet industry, Scott had a successful career in the private defense industry and military operations, that spanned more than 25 years. Most recently in the defense industry, he provided developmental and leadership expertise as vice president of business development at L3, Warrior Systems, Insight, and as vice president of new concept development at Gentex/Ops-Core. Scott began his career serving in the U.S. Army as an infantryman with the 1st Battalion - 75th Ranger Regiment, the 75th Ranger Regimental Reconnaissance Detachment, and a Special Mission Unit in the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC).  




Sung Vivathana is the Vice President of Engineering at OnPoint Systems LLC, where he leads all technical aspects of engineering and product development for the SpotOn Virtual Smart Fence.  Prior to this, Sung provided his technical and engineering expertise as Electrical Engineering Group Leader at L3, Warrior Systems, Insight, and as a Technical Program Manager at Optics 1 Inc.  Sung was also a lead developer for multiple defense agencies ranging from under water SONAR detection systems to high end AC/DC, DC/DC, and POL power supplies.  Sung attended Widener University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. He currently resides in New Hampshire with his family.




Haeleigh Hyatt is the Director of Training at OnPoint Systems LLC, where she is responsible for recruiting and managing partner trainers to work in tandem with the company’s flagship product, the SpotOn Virtual Smart Fence. She played an instrumental role in the development and testing of the product’s three associated training programs which provide users with step-by-step instructions for training their dog with the product. Haeleigh graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor degree in Zoology and a focus on animal behavior and learning theory. She currently resides in New Hampshire with her six dogs—a Shih Tzu mix, an Australian Shepherd, three Border Collies a Belgian Malinois, and a Great Dane. 




Chelsea Chevrette is the Business Operations Manager at OnPoint Systems, LLC where she is responsible for ecommerce development and operations paired with customer service for the SpotOn Virtual Smart Fence system. Graduating with a degree in Business Management, Chelsea joined the OnPoint Systems team with eight years of experience as the Director of Operations and Business Development Manager for her previous company. Working in the wayfinding signage industry, Chelsea developed and grew the ecommerce sector of the business bringing ADA-compliant signage to the Amazon platform. In addition to her background in business, Chelsea has ten years of experience working with dogs in the NH area.
